My breif history:

1. Arrived in the UK in Sep 2011 - Tier 4
2. Switched in country in June 2015 - Tier 2(G)
3. Eligible for ILR based on 5 years on Tier 2 in June 2020
4. Current leave valid until June 2021

My wife's breif history:

1. Came as my dependent - Tier 4 PBS dependent in Sep 2011
2. Applied for Tier 4 as main applicant in India - gained a fresh entry clearene in 2012
3. Switched back into my dependent via Tier 2 PBS dependent in Jan 2017
4. Current leave valid until June 2021
5. She has been living with me in the same houses throughout since 2011.

Question - Can she apply for ILR at the same time as me in June 2020?

No she doesn't qualify for ilr with you. She needs 5 years continuous residence as a PBS dependent to qualify for ilr based on 5 years residence.
