ILR refusal due criminal records. What is next?

Hello and thank you for your attention.

In 2015 I was granted refugee status but later same year I was convicted for an ABC offence for 6 months which ended in April 2016. In May 2020 I technically should apply for Leave to remain but it will be refused because 7 years still not passed.

My questions are:
1. Is there a chance that Home Office will deport me with such serious offence despite of my refugee status?
2. If not deported, what will be my status in UK then? What will be next after refusal, any specific procedures?

Thank you

Did you mean ABH (Actual Bodily Harm)?

Guidance: Criminality and detention (immigration staff guidance)
