Hi All,
I was preparing my online application for SETP today to be submitted on 27 Feb (my leave expires on 27 Mar). However, I reached the pay page (no payment required) and pressed next as I was expecting more action to be completed and then the unpleasant surprise saying that your application has been submitted.
it is now submitted 16 Feb, two weeks earlier than the last month on my leave.
Any advice, how can I contact home office to withdraw?
thank you

Your visa expiry is not relevant. Why many people on this forum thing they qualify for ILR based on their visa expiry date ?!!!

thank you for your reply, we think so because home office website says to apply within the last month of the expiry date.

That is generic advice and it does not mean you are
required to apply within the last month. You can apply
ANYTIME as long as you are eligible. You must calculate your qualifying period and apply when eligible. Ignore the expiry date as it is not relevant at all
