It is not clear what you are trying to do. Are you relying on his income or yours ? When do you want to apply ??!

Yes you can but the last payslip & bank statement before applying must not be older than 28 days. Your first post is not having full stop or commas which making it unclear.

Thank you for your reply,
sorry my first time on the forum. Were going to use category A, Im just worried that H.O hopefully does not have a issue with the fact my last pay slip will be may,And my husbands will be 1st june 2020.which makes full 6 months for both of us.
As he works monthly gets paid first of every month.
And i weekly.
we both are combining our income making over 18,600.

Date on his biometric card is 19/06/2020
Hoping to apply on the 12th June 2020
Pay slips and bank statements will be within 28 day period.

If either of you earning alone sufficiently then can use his/her income alone to keep involve the less paper work. Otherwise weekly income will need to convert into monthly and 26 weeks are equivalent to 6 months.

No issue as the payslips most often gets generated earlier than the payday and the correct order of payslips in your case is probably like this:

Payslip date 30th jan but actual payment on 5th Feb

Payslip date 29th Feb but actual payment on 3rd Mar

Payslip date 31st Mar and payment date probably 3/4 Apr

To keep the calculations simplified if either of you alone will be earning sufficiently then his/her only income & its associated financial documents should be used. Otherwise (if combining) then you both need to provide payslips & bank statements from the last 6 months/26 weeks and recent employer letters.
