Advice needed please.
My residence permit to enter was granted in october 2015 and I arrived in the uk in December 2015 on spousal Visa( my husband is British). Am I now eligible to apply for indefinite leave in December 2020 as I've been living in the uk 5 years now. My current spousal visa doesn't expire until July of 2021.

Yes. You can even apply 28 days before of completing 5 years since arrived to UK assuming it was spouse visa.

Do you know if our 5 years old daughter can also apply when I submit my indefinite leave? Her residence permit was granted in August 2018. I was read on the gov uk website if one parent is british and the other has indefinite she can be eligible.

Yes, the child can apply with you.
How did your husband become British??
Was he British when the child was born?
Where was the child born, UK or abroad?
