Dear sir,

Hope every one is in good health in this pandemic.
I would like to ask about my child naturalisation. I’m British National and my daughter is living with me in uk but she was born in Pakistan by that time I didn’t have BC. She is here since August 2014 , so almost 6 plus years . She is in year 3 schooling. My wife still on 5 year route and her indefinite due this December 2020.

Can I apply for naturalisation for my daughter ?

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Many thanks

Abdur

Your daughter will need to apply for ILR with your wife and can then be registered as a British citizen.

Thnx for ur kind response. Apology for a bit delay

Just quick ask, is it possible I submit ILR for my wife. By that time I got BC and my wife application submitted for ILR. At that point after few days I apply for my daughter for uk naturalisation. ( can she qualify as both parents one BC& other application has submitted for ILR)

Many thanks for your reply

No it won't work. Your child born abroad requires ilr before she can be registered as British and can only apply for citizenship when either parent is already British or also applying and the other parent also already holds ilr and the child holds ilr.

That was clear from secret.simons advice he gave you already. There is no shortcut for your daughter to avoid ilr fees.

Dear Sir,

Would you please kind enough to comment on ILR income thread hold. Is it last financial year tax return need to be shown as by the time ILR due is November, i mean
ILR DUE DATE ; 5/11/2020

So, do we need to you income requirements for last financial year as current year will
Finish in 30 March 2021. ( what about income from April 2020 till November 2020)

Can we show combine income ( self employed and employed )

Please advise me on this?
Many thanks
Ab

£22,400pa for a spouse and one child.
Have you read Appendix 1.7 Financial Requirements?? It explains what you can and can't combine. Self employment requires a lot of evidence.
