I need to apply for ILR for my wife and daughter, who are living in the UK on dependent visa. Wondering if there is a list of documents to be provided to HMRC as part of their ILR application. Specifically, I am trying to understanding if they need any letter from my employer.

FYI, I have completed my ILR in January this year. I am still with the same employer.

UKVI not HMRC. The online Set(O) form will generate a checklist. Passports, BRPs, LIUK, English B1, 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names.

Thanks for correcting me for misquoting HMRC instead of UKVI

One more query with respect to co-habitation. In the checklist generated during the application form, it only asked for consent form from me, but nothing related to 2 years of co-habitation.

Wondering whether it is because I have chosen Joint bank account? or has the process changed recently?

Either way, in case of documentation for co-habitation, can I provide the bank statement and probably council tax statement for the last two years?

The checklist is generic.

The immigration rules and the guidance notes state you have to prove you are in a subsisting relationship for the two previous years. This is evidence of cohabitation from at least 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 or 4 months.
