ILR - allowed unpaid gaps

Hello

I originally came to UK under Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff in July 2010 for 3 years, extended for 2 more years till July 2015. Currently, I am in UK under Tier 2 (ICT) long term leave to remain visa extended for another 5 years in July 2015 and valid till 10.07.2020

I am due to apply for an ILR in June under the SET (LR) 10-years long residence route.

I took an extended unpaid leave authorised by my company under the same COS number between 01.09.2016 to 30.11.2016 (91 days). Returned to work on 01.12.2016.
I was out of UK between
a) 22.08.2016 to 11.10.2016 (58 days, Annual Leave till 31.08.2016)
b) 14.10.2016 to 18.11.2016 (35 days)

I have therefore not broken the 180 days out of UK at one time rule and the total days out of UK in 10 years does not exceed 540 days as required.

My questions are:
1) Will this absence being unpaid affect the ILR application?
2) If yes can I apply for an another extension?
3) If yes how many?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks
Maitreyee
