ILR Long residence (Tier 4) application query

Hi,
I need some advise regarding my ILR application. My situation as following
First entered UK on 05 May 2010 as a student, however after 3 months I changed from college into a university and applied for a Tier 4 application (9 months foundation course) from inside UK which was allowed.
Completed my foundation course and applied for another Tier 4 application (B.Eng Electrical Engineering, 3 years) from inside UK which was allowed.
I successfully completed undergraduate degree and then applied for another Tier 4 application (MSc Electrical Engineering, 12 months) which was allowed.
I then successfully completed Masters degree and then applied for another Tier 4 application (PhD Electrical Engineering (funded), 4 years) which was allowed. I also applied for a 3 months extension to complete the Phd in Jan-2020 which was allowed.
My and my wife current leave expires on 10 August 2020 and my 10 years period completed on 05 May 2020.
I also have a one year old child who was born in the UK and never travelled outside UK.
I have been working part-time as an engineer in Apple UK however due to COVID-19 I am no longer employed. Through out my immigration history in UK I have never been refused visa application and spent 200 days outside UK in total with a max absence of 32 days at once.
My questions,
1) what is the best course of action to apply ILR for my self and dependant visa for my family.
I plan to apply ILR for my self ASAP and once that is successful, I can later apply for my wife as a dependent and register my child as a British national, or do I need to apply for all dependants at once? Please help.
2) Apart from my Passports, BRP copies, travel history, degree certificates, LIUK test, child birth certificate, proof of address what else should I include in my ILR appliation?
Thanks for your advise and taking time to read this long post.
