Mandatory documents required for ILR 10 year route-latest

asking for someone who doesn't have access to internet. trying to help her out. she needs lots of advice which she can't afford.
So please could someone point out the what mandatory documents needed to apply for ILR in 10 yr route now.
also current passport is missing since last application she made to HO back in 2017. HO sent the BRP but never got her passport back. She said that she had called few times to HO and also sent letters but no response. So she only has BRP card no passport. I have tried to do SAR but can't do it as you need solicitor now, which i didn't know.

You don't need a solicitor to apply for SAR. I have just filled one a month back for myself.

Thanks for sharing. So how did you mange the ID verification? If you can give a little more details that how you did, would be helpful.

UKVI is accepting IDs which have not been certified due to COVID situation. See below:

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Disruption to this service
Due to the current situation, we can only provide data listed on our basic request service. We cannot supply any information if it is held on paper until further notice. You will only be able to make basic requests for information that we hold electronically.
We are temporarily accepting copies of photo ID, that have not been certified, accompanied by official documentation showing your address, for example, a bank statement or utility bill.
