Hi there,
I have a query for ILR eligibility for Tier 2 ICT visa holder (visa granted in 2015). Are there any conditions which make a Tier 2 ICT visa holder eligible for ILR on completion of 5 years stay in the UK.

Additional details:
Tier 2 Short term ICT visa granted & entry in the UK in Sept 2015 for 1 year. Return back in Aug 2016 on visa expiry for long term visa application.

Tier 2 ICT Long term visa (5 yrs) granted & entry in the UK in Nov 2016 (expiry date Nov 2021) and continue staying in the UK.

Could you please advise on ILR eligibility considering above conditions?

You don't qualify for ILR based on 5 years residence. Tier 2 ICT visas issued after 6th April 2010 does NOT lead to ILR based on 5 years residence.
