IRL Priority service availability?

Hi

I'm applying for IRL and was going to use a priority service (5 days decision), but the application form doesn't show this option. Is it not available because of something with my application (2 countries I lived at, 2 employers) or is it because of COVID-19?

Also, while I'm at it, while applying for my visa(s) I stated that I only had 1 nationality (Ukraine), but in fact I now think that I have had a second one (Russia). To my excuse, the citizenship questions in the former USSR republics were a bit of grey area, esp in 90s, people were moving around freely, and I simply wasn't sure.

So, this gives me a major worry, I didn't mean to mislead HO in my visa applications, but if I state that I did hold Russian nationality before (as I probably should have from start) - is it going to be a reason for refusal, on the ground that I didn't mention that in previous applications?

No, it is currently not available. There is a huge backlog of applicants since March, so the service has been suspended for now.

What did you declare on your previous visa applications?

You're overthinking. If you have proof of your current nationality, then that is sufficient for now. No point guessing if you are or not another citizen.

In my previous visa applications I declared that i didn't hold any other nationalities, but the place of birth is Russia.

In IRL application I needed to declare whether I lived in other countries, including my country of birth. So I had to recollect that.

I did live in other countries (USSR and Russia, I just stated Russia) and I did receive an internal Russian passport when I was 16-ish, but I gave it up cpl years later when I moved to Ukraine and I think also wrote some letter that I'm refusing Russian citizenship, but it's all vague now, cause I'm now 42...

I also stated (again) that I didn't hold other nationalities, just to be consistent with previous applications.
I didn't submit the application yet, so I still can change that, but I can't recall exactly when I wrote that letter, only the year. It was several months before I got Ukrainian passport though.
