ILR SET(LR) Online Application - English languge requirement section

Hello all
I have been reading posts and FAQs and gathered a lot of useful information so far.. I am in the midst of completing my application and have come across questions on 'English language' requirements. I have a PG degree taught in English (not in UK), have the original degree certificate and transcripts.
I DO NOT have MOI (Medium of Instruction) letter from my university and it appears that NARIC definitely needs this letter to issue the required language assessment for ILR application. I have NO way of getting this letter from my university (due to COVID situation, university stayed closed and it will be until further notice). I went ahead and appeared for the SELT exam and hoping to have my result back soon..
Given the above info (me having a valid degree taught in English but no way of using it ), what do I answer to the following questions when filling the application form..
"Do you have a degree that was taught in English? " - Yes/No
"Does your degree meet the English language requirement for this visa?" - Yes/No
I am assuming that I will have to answer 'Yes' to the above questions (if I dont, then I will be lying).. Will the case worker automatically assume that I would be submitting a NARIC letter because I answered 'Yes' to these questions? How do I then explain the situation and draw their attention to SELT certificate?
Or
Do I just answer 'No' to the questions so they automatically expect Trinity B1 cert?
Thanks

Degree answer No. The question is ONLY relevant to meeting the English requirement. HO don't care what your qualifications are in general.

SET(LR) queries - Applying at different time for spouse

Hello , been collecting info on applying SET(LR) and have some queries - hope someone can guide me on these.
Background: I will be completing 10 Years in UK on 20th July (I have been staying legally on Tier 2 - ICT visa & extensions), and am eligible for applying on 23rd June (28 days to the 10 year date). My wife came to UK on dependent visa on 25th Aug 2010 and she will be eligible on her own right to apply on 23rd July this year.
My wife and kids have plans to spend summer holidays (out of UK, hoping the COVID situation will allow the travel) and will be back to UK in the first week of September.
We all have valid ICT - Tier2 visa until August 2021.
My queries are:
1) If I apply for SET(LR) as soon as I am eligible (in the last week of June), will that action automatically void/nullify dependant visas of my spouse and kids?
If not, can they travel out of the country and come back to UK in September using their current valid dependant visas?
2) What happens, if my SET(LR) is approved or rejected whilst they are out of UK? - Will they be stopped from entering into UK in Sep? - In the unlikely event of SET(LR) application being rejected, will our valid ICT visas till Aug next year automatically cancelled too?
In essence, I am trying to find out if it is better/recommended to 'wait until my family complete their summer holidays trip' and apply SET(LR) for both myself and spouse?' - Both my kids (12 yrs & 6 yrs) are UK born so I believe there is no need to apply SET(LR) for them, I can register them directly later after our application is successful?
Thanks in advance.

Their visa will not be invalid BUT the UKVI can refuse them entry at the border if you get ILR under long residence as they can no longer be admitted under PBS dependant visa (as they are expected to enter as family members). I suggest to wait and apply after their return to be safe. You both apply for ILR separately and kids can be registered directly as British using MN1 when at least one of you gets ILR

Thank you very much for the answer. I shall wait and apply when they are back from the holidays.

Hello all
Further update on this. Family are unable to travel for the summer holidays due to flights not operating (COVID restrictions). So went ahead and applied for my ILR - Set (LR) yesterday and paid fee. I received automatic email confirming my payment and it includes 'What you need to do next' section advising me to 'book and attend an appointment with our commercial partner to provide your documents and enrol your biometrics (fingerprints and facial photograph).'
Does this mean that I am not automatically selected by UKVI for reusing biometric info that I submitted last year? - Aug 2019
AND
I am unable to find any slots on the UKVCAS site - none available at the moment. DO I keep checking everyday until I find a free slot OR will they let me know when free slots become available?
AND finally,
I have uploaded my documents (passport & BRP scans) on the UKVCAS site; and have uploaded only the first page of the consent form (there are 3 pages: first page - consenting for myself; second page - consent of the joint owner; third page - consent of the sponsor). I believe 2nd and 3rd pages are not relevant in my case. I do not have accounts jointly with someone nor being sponsored by any 3rd party. Is it ok? or do I need to upload all 3 pages with my address and signature?
Pls guide.. Thank you

Thank you very much Zimba. Can you also pls guide me on the consent form query. I have only uploaded page 1 of the consent form as the remaining 2 pages are not relevant in my case. Hope that is ok?
