Hi Everyone i will be really thankful is someone can provide an answer for this query.

I am applying for my ILR on 5 years route as a tier 2 dependent. MY partner has already received his ilr on tier 2 last year.

I appeared for an IELTS academic test in UK and scored 6.5 band in NOV 2017.

as ielts academic result can be used for only 2 years for admissions, but can it be used for my ILR application .

if Yes , then is there any relevant rule on UKBA rules sections which i can refer to ..

Thanks in advance.

You might have to redo the B1 test because an expired won't be valid if wasn't used previously for a success grant of leave or wasn't actually needed.

Apply in timely even without the test but keep delving the test date day & night.
