DEAR FELLOWS , i need urgent guidance regarding my ILR Application under Tier 1 200 k Route

Initial Visa was granted in July 2014 and
i Got First extension in oct 2017 to Oct 2019
My stay in UK for year 1 was short and thats why i applied for
Second Extension in Oct 2019 and Granted for Oct 2019 to oct 2021

I am willing to Apply for ILR ON 15 July 2020 as my 5 Years period is going to complete without any break
as i granted extension in Oct 2019 and my applying time is less than a year how they will calculate my job creation ??
should i wait till Oct 2020 to apply for ILR or i can apply in July 2020 , i am worried that my job creation is less than a Year in second extension ,
Please guide me in this regard , My application is ready for submission

They will use the last 12 months as your extension date and ILR date are less than 12 months apart

I am applying for ILR for 5 Years Settlement under Tier 1 Entrepreneur , I submitted IELTS at the satge of my first application of TIER1 at Pakistan in 2014 and got poitns and again i applied for 1st extenstion in 2017 and got points for same IELTS and even i applied 2nd Extension in 2019 and got points and now i am applying for ILR and some of my friends suggest me to get any new English test and fresh certificate for ILR application as one of our Friends ILR rejected and home office write that ILETS is expired / older than 2 years , its very confusing as per Imigration Policy / Guidelines we no need for any fresh Ielts or english test if we already submitted same at any satge and calimed points , but as per our friend,s refusel its contraversal , plaese guide me i am the main applicant and do i need fresh english test for ILR aaplication?? thanks all for support and guidence

When you are in doubt, I would advise you to take an approved English B1 SELT test. Worth paying £150 and avoid refusal, loss of fees and headache later.

At ILR it's is not point, but the requirement is at a level B1. The safe thing is what you are doing, I.e. booking the test.
