Dear All the members
I need some assistance
I am filling online application for ILR SET(M).
and during the application there is a page where they have asked for a time spend outside UK more then 2 weeks however I am confuse from which period to which period.
I came to UK on 3rd Dec 2010 as Tier 1 dependent visa and then afterwards my Wife got ILR in Jan 2015 so I moved to spouse partner visa on 5 year route which started from May 2015 so now when I need to consider my out of UK time should I count from MAY-2015 since I am on spouse partner visa on 5 year route or since I first came to UK in DEC 2010.
Please advise.
With Regards

It is the 5 years on spouse visa that is relevant to SET(M).

Thx for responding.
So what i understood i just need to cover last 5 years.
However while i was filling the form they asked "since you are in UK any time more then 2 weeks" need to be fill in so in my case i entered in UK In dec 2010 so therefore it was the confusion whether i should start from dec 2010 or last 5 years.
Second issue is i am going to submit my application on 20 june so as per requirement i need to submit 6 months bank statement. So should i submit from.dec till may ( 06 months) or i should add the 20 days of june as well and get the online bank statement.

Dear All
I am applying for ILR Set(M) in two days time while filing the online application I am stuck in one question:
Knowledge of the English language
Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013?
Applicants who applied for, and obtained, settlement on or after the 28th October 2013 using an English language qualification at level B1 or above can use this as evidence of their knowledge of English language. However if this qualification was not used and accepted for their settlement application, it cannot be used for this application.
I have done my Masters taught and researched in UK, and I used the same degree for my last visa on 05 year route as well, so should I write NO or Yes for this question and is my Master degree will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
Looking for advice.
With Regards
Haseeb

It should be a NO. That is an error on the online form
indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-english- ... 93361.html
Instead, answer YES to the question asking about your degree
