Hi,

I had my BRP 2,5 years ago and used my Trinity Colledge Holborn B1 certificate. Now Trinity moved their centre to King Cross from Holborn. Can I still use my B1 certificate for ILR even now Holborn is not in the list of approved centres?
I would have booked a new test but the earliest I can see in August and I need to apply in June.

Hi everyone,

I came in to the UK on 24/07/2015 on the spouse visa but for two or three weeks, got back and came back permanently in September, when we found the house. In my previous application (leave to remain) I said I started living with my partner in September 2015.
I am applyig for ILR now and a bit confused how to answer the question: when did I start to live with my partner? If I say September 2015 can they reject my application on the basis I have not lived with my partner for 5 years in the UK? If I say July 2015 can they reject my application on the basis that I said it was September 2015 in my previous application?

I am worried would it mean i won’t be eligible for ILR now than if i am declaring that I’ve been living with my partner since September 2015?
I am struggling to draw such a clear line in the question ‘when did you start living together’ as we were started living in my partner’s family house and I went back to sort my job our while my partner was looking for the house for ourselves.

You are over thinking as you aren't an unmarried partner. Simply apply ILR when you will complete 5 years minus 28 days from the date of arriving to UK.

You are 100% right I am overthinking. But the fee is so high so it’s quite scary to gamble that.
