Dear Experts,

Can you please advise on the current situation below,

I am a British Citizen (vis Tier 1 General route) and my wife is Indian citizen on Spouse dependant visa FLR(M)
and she is eligible for ILR from March 2021

My wife travelled to India during 12th January 2020 and she hasn't come back yet due to Covid-19 pandemic outbreak

She will break the 180 days rule on 10th July 2020 when she applies for ILR in March 2021

Can any one advise if the 180 days rule apply on FLR(M) category?

Really appreciated your support
Thank you

Regards,
Dinesh

There is NO 180 days absence rule for FLR(M) spouse visa holders.
