ILR for wife and child

Hi,
I am british. My wife is currently on spouse visa and kid is on dependent visa. Another child is british citizen.
Their visa is expiring on 06 July 2021. But they will complete their 5 years in Feb 2021. I am planning to apply somewhere in May or June next year.
I am self employed as well as my wife is also self employed. We both receive payments weekly in our individual bank accounts.
I am currently claiming Universal Credit under my name also receiving my self emp payments.
We havent registered as self employed yet. Will register as soon as possible.
Is it better to show my wifes self employment only?
Also what are the documents I need to provide for self employement?
Last question is what are the other documents I need to provide?
