ILR Application submitted 10June 2020

Hi all,
I have submitted my ILR 5 years route on 10 June 2020 on standard processes, no other options available due to Covid19.
On June 10, 2020 clicked on link to UKVCAS and uploaded all the required supporting documents. I used to check for an appointment on daily basis in UKVCAS.
It's astonishingly received a letter from Visa and Citizenship that 'Our records indicates that you have not yet created your UKVCAS account"!!!
Is it a clerical mistake or might be a general letter?
I have logged in afterwords and every one day. Could you please reply if any further action required?
