ILR Set (O) Online application

Hi All,
I need to apply for my wife's ILR application. Her current visa expires in Dec 2020 and she is eligible for ILR in July. I was on Tier 1 general and now BC. She has been on PBS dependent visa throughout last 5 years.
I understand we need to apply Set O.
She is yet to get the Life in The UK test and B1 English Qual.
My questions
1. Can I submit the Online application and pay fees without the above 2 documents and submit these later. Or should I wait for these certificates before I apply. I was hoping that submitting the application early would put me ahead in the queue.
2. I am assuming for a straightforward ILR application, the process should not take more than 4 months.
Please advice.

1. Yes you can apply now and supply the both tests at later but before biometrics appointment.
2. Its UKVI will decide

Thanks.
I am submitting the application now to the UKVI.
However, for the following questions
1) Have you passed the Life in the UK test?
2)Have you passed an approved English language test?
How should I respond to the above questions, as my wife has not taken the test yet?
The test dates are in the future.
Thanks for your guidance.
Kind Regards,

Reply as you have passed these to keep the application in move and then add a covering letter.

Thanks. I have now submitted the application online and paid the standard fees.
Should I now wait for my wife to clear the Life in the UK Test & B1 English language to rupload the docs in UKVCAS site.
I am assuming I can straight away register on the UKVCAS site.
Also, do I need to upload the document in the UKVI website as well, could not find any link to upload that.
Please advise.
Kind Regards,

Surf the ILR forum especially the sticky threads where members have been discussing and sharing their experiences about that.

If you pass the test
You must score 75% or more to pass the test.
You’ll get a ‘unique reference number’. You’ll need this number to complete your citizenship or settlement application. The Home Office will use it to check that you’ve passed.

Thanks.
So i am assuming that in the cover letter noting the Unique reference number as a proof of Life in the UK Test should be sufficient.

You need to show cohabitation documents for the last 2 years counting back from date of application. You have to prove you have had a subsisting relationship. Only council tax is not enough. You need to supply documents from 3/4 different sources, evenly spread through 2 years i.e. every 3/4 months.
Joint bank statements
Tenancy agreement
Water/Gas/Elec bills
etc
If you do not have joint documents, then you will have to top it up with solo names but same address but you will need more documents then.

Hi All,
We received the following email today after filling the SET O and attending the biometric on 18th Sept.
''A Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) will be sent to you under separate cover. You should receive your permit(s) within 7 working days. However, if you do not receive the permit(s) within 10 working days of the date of this letter, please use the service at
www.gov.uk/brp. Alternatively, you can send by post your name, nationality and date of birth to the address below:
BRP Deliveries & Collections,
P.O. Box 195
Bristol
BS20 1BT
-----------------------------''
Does this mean that the ILR application has been approved?
No where in the email body it says that the application is approved.
Thanks for your guidance.
Kind Regards,

Yes. If your current BRP is valid, you can go on prove your right website and check.. the status would have changed.. otherwise just wait for new BRP...
