ILR & missed passport registration with police

Hi,
I’m preparing for the ILR and just found that my passport that I have had it for the last 15 months is damaged by water plus it has not been registered on the police registration certificate. I just sent it out to get a renewed one. Once I have the new passport I will register it. But what should I do with the old passport that is damaged and I never used it for travels.
Shall I register them both and do I get refused for my ILR application because of this one time mistake?
Please advise if you have had such experience.

Minor issue. Ignore it and simply register your new passport

The issue is my employer has got a copy of the old passport when before it was damaged. so I don't know if that copy is/will be shared with the HO? what would be the implications on the ILR?

I applied online and after submitting the details I realised the info for my salary, SOC code and passport details are entered wrongly. What can be done for such mistakes?

Add a cover letter correcting the mistake and upload with your documents.

I have to clarify 4 different silly mistakes on separate sections of Set (O) form, does this affect the decision? is the cover letter the only approach?

Yes. You can not amend already submitted online form. Mention in the cover letter. You will be okay.

Hi experienced folks,
is there anyway that a newly submit ILR application from inside the UK can be withdrawn (I haven't been gone for fingerprints or any other stuff yet)?
I have entered many mistakes in the main part of the form and I thought I should re-apply.
If I withdrawal is possible, can I re-apply after that without any issues?
Or I need to submit a second application and pay again for the fees? if this is the case what will happen with the first application?

You have an outstanding application with the Home Office and now wish to withdraw this and leave the UK“
Which means I wish the leave the UK, which is not the case for me (I don’t wish to leave the UK) and this may block me from re-applying?
I appreciate if you can let me know your idea.

Which means I wish the leave the UK, which is not the case for me (I don’t wish to leave the UK) and this may block me from re-applying?
I appreciate if you can let me know your idea.
If your visa won't have been expired by the time of withdrawing then won't have to leave the UK rather can re-apply anytime before the visa expiry.

Hi,
I wanted to consider 27 days between the visa clearance date (visa issue date) and the date of entering to the UK towards my eligible 180 days in a 12-month period. However in the application form it just asks for the absences that I have had after entering to the UK. Where should I enter this 27 days of absence before entering to the UK?

Question regarding Set(O) form

Hi folks,
When I fill the online Set(O) form, in "Personal information" section it ask for postal address and then next question is "When did you start living at this address?".. this seems easy to answer.
Then in the "Nationality details" after passport details, it asks two questions
"How many days, weeks, months or years have you lived at this address?"
then
"What is the ownership status of your home?"
My question is now for the last two questions do I need to give details about my current address? if so, this is repeated questions as I already answered to "When did you start living at this address?" why it is asking for "How many days,..."
I appreciate if somebody can clarify this for me.

Renting? On mortgage? Fully owned by you? Living with family?

Answer honestly the duration of stay there, the forms sometimes are frustrating and some question are there to see if will corroborate to and earlier answer IMHO.

Once you will submit the application in timely then by virtue of section 3C your expiring leave will be extended until the decision. But ideally try to gather all necessary documents until the date of application.
