Hi ,I need a suggestion. My situation is like this.Currently I am on Tier 2 Ict visa and my daughter is my dependent. My husband is on Tier 2 general.he arrived in UK in jul 2016 and me and my daughter arrived in sep 2016.my husband would be eligible to apply for ilr in jun 2021.mine and daughters current visa validity is till july 2021 and it is anyways close to 5 year tenure on tier 2 ict.hence I am looking forward to get mine and my daughters visa converted as dependent on my husband visa.my husband's visa is currently valid till jul 2021 and he will apply ilr before that.my question is what are the options for me and my daughter ?assuming we convert to his dependents in couple of months from now and I am assuming that we might get that till jul 2021 based on his visa validity.....what would be required from our side for us to further stay here beyond jul 2021and me to be able to continue working?if he gets ilr,is there anything which would be required at the time of his ilr application for us?what would be our status after jul 2021 assuming he gets his ilr,can we become ilr dependent immediately and what would be required?

Secondly when would me and daughter be eligible to apply for ilr?all 3 of us have been living together since sep 2016 .
thanks very much in advance.

As long as you switch to PBS dependant route before his ILR, you will be granted PBS dependant visa. You can remain and extend under that same route with full right to work (even after his ILR) until you complete 5 years under PBS dependant route, then you apply for ILR under PBS as well. If you do not switch and he gets ILR first, then you all have to instead switch to family/spouse route and start your ILR clock again. I suggest to switch to PBS dependant route NOW as you need to build that 5 years for your ILR.
