ILR for British Citizen Dependant

Hi All,
I Completed 5 years on dependant visa(husband is British citizen), and ready to apply for the ILR. However last year I have claimed child benefit for my daughter(Also British citizen) On my name rather than my husband who is eligible. I have claimed it for an year, stopped claiming the benefit after knowing the mistake.
However now am confused whether this will have any impact on my application to the visa.
