Hi everyone
I got my first spouse visa on 16/01/2016 and the second on 18/07/2018. My current BRP expires on 13/01/2021. I have read something about applying 28 days before, so I'm planning to apply for ilr on 13/12/2020 using the super priority service. However I'm not quite sure that I'm right in my calculations as it would not be 5 years on 13/12/2020.
Or am I correct? Please advise thanks!

What date did you enter the UK on your spouse visa??

My spouse visa application was made in the UK from a tier 4 visa. So I was already here when my spouse visa was issued

You can apply on or after 19th Dec

28 days before 16th January is the 19th December and not the 13th.

You can apply for ILR no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary date of your initial FLR M spouse visa.
