Hi Everyone,
Thanks for helping me in advance!
I have a couple of questions
1. My wife has been here for almost 5 years, and we extended her visa a while back, It's due to run out in October, My question is When can she apply for ILR and citizenship at the earliest? Does ILR require Medical Surcharge?
2. Does ILR require Medical Surcharge? and do I have to show income for her citizenship?

1. She can apply ILR anytime after completing 5 years minus 28 days from the date she arrived in UK/switched into spouse visa (if already was here) till the last day of expiry (if 5 years completes on this point). Upon securing the ILR successfully she can immediately proceed to naturalization if will be able to meet the residency & other requirements as outlined in below link:
https://www.gov.uk/apply-citizenship-spouse
2. There is no medical surcharge fee for ILR application but still the fee is relatively higher. For ILR the same income requirement will apply as you have fulfilled previously but there is no such requirement for citizenship.
PLEASE HELP ABOUT TO SUBMIT URGENT :(

Hi and thank you in advance,
I'm stuck at the following -
Consent for the Home Office to request verification checks for joint accounts or third party support
"Are you relying on evidence from someone else to prove your financial circumstances?"
I am relying on my partners income for meeting the financial requirement, What would i answer here? as the pay goes in to his bank Statement.
Lastly, we Purchased a property back in November 2019 and haven't moved in to it, It's in my name only,( not my husband who is the sponsor) how would this work for where we have been living

I would put no, for the answer to your first question, assuming you are not relying on the financial support of anyone outside of you and your spouse.
The second question would require information on where you have been living.
