ILR visa financial requirements

Hi there,
I have to apply for ILR visa next year in january 2021 and my husband lost his job before covid 19 last year. I havent been able to find a job either. What would be the best way to apply regarding the finance part as we have only 5 months left. Our savings are also not enough to use the cash savings option.

If you don't meet the income requirement, you can't apply for ilr.

Running out of options as my current visa expires in jan 2021.

I am on 5 year route starting from oct 2015 to june 2018 and got my next extension in 2018 july. This visa will expire in jan 2021. My next step is to apply for ILR. It wouldn't have been a problem if not for job loss.

If you don't meet the financial requirements for ilr, you will need to apply for FLR FP 10 year partner route.
Failing to meet the financial requirements for ILR will result in a refusal of your ilr and loss of fees.

There is still time for either of you to find a new job. Accepted that will be difficult in the current covid times.

Not really as 6 months evidence of payslips and bank statements are required to prove you meet the income requirements for ILR on form SET(M).
