Hi everyone,
I am currently on FLR(M) and due for ILR next month September 2020 under 5yr route.
I have a B1 English language certificate which was taken in 2015 for my FLR(M) first time application. although it has no expiry date on it, there is some confusion of 2 yr validity and if this could be used for ILR or not.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
many thanks.

If it was accepted previously for the successful grant of visa then will be accepted again by virtue of paragraph 32D.

“Some recognised test qualifications only last for 2 years.
You can still use a B1 level qualification that you took more than 2 years ago in 2 situations.
Applying to settle in the UK
You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if both of the following are true:
it’s on the current list of recognised tests
it was accepted for another UK immigration application, for example when you got permission to enter”

Tests are valid for 2 years from the date of the test is awarded.

If you are submitting your payslips and bank statements too to meet the financial requirement, you need your employer letter as well.
9. Payslips for last six months of both myself and my husband.

Not required for the financial requirement.

Does this span the last two years??
Many thanks in advance for your time and support.

6. Land Registry document of our accommodation
Mortgage statement would also be needed if the property isn't owned outright.
