ILR Doc. evidence Check

Hello everyone,
Thanks for your help in advance.
I am soon applying for the ILR (SET M) spouse route. I'd just like to run the documents I plan to submit by you guys, see if you might have any comments on the documents or if I am missing something important.
Co-habitation:- I know I am supposed to submit only 6 letters but it seems impossible if I want to spread them throughout the 2.5 years they ask for, I am thinking every 4 months would be ideal but that means submitting at least 8-9 letters? Is this advisable or should I just stick to the 6 letters? The evidence I have is as follows:
- March 2018 - Council Tax
- July 2018 - Bank Statement (I only scanned the first page with the address on it, is this ok?)
- Dec 2018 - Bank Statement
- March 2019 - Council Tax
- July 2019 - Energy Bill
- October 2019 - Energy Bill
- March 2020 - Council Tax
- July 2020 - Energy Bill
Financial:- I don't have any dependants so I need to evidence £18600.
- Previous 6 months payslips
- Previous 6 months bank statement, printed in branch, each page stamped and signed
- Signed letter from employer HR confirming employment, salary, start date, permanent employment
- Signed letter from employer Payroll confirming payslip authenticity
English Language:- I have a masters degree from Australia
- Degree certificate
- UK NARIC letter- Academic qualification level statement. (UK NARIC would not comment on the English proficiency element as my degree was awarded in an English speaking country exempted by the home office-; I do have an email from UK NARIC stating this- should I submit it as well?)
Property:- It's under my husband's name
- Mortgage transaction summary (Mortgage statement) confirming my husband as property owner
- Signed letter for permission to reside with my husband
-copy ID property owner (husband's passport)
- Mortgage deeds confirming property ownership ( I am adding this just in case but not sure if I need to?)
Visa refusal:- I was refused a visitor visa in 2014, I have declared it on the application and have provided a reference number of refusal letter. Should I submit the refusal letter as well or is the info provided on the application form enough?
Mandatory docs:-
- Current and old passports with all stamped pages printed
- Sponsor's passport for evidencing British citizenship
- Marriage certificate
- Current Biometric Residency permit
- Signed family declaration
Would you recommend I also submit a cover letter outlining the evidence required as part of the application?
Many thanks for your help! This can be so nerve wracking and confusing at times.
