ILR Queries

Hi
I have been living in the UK since Jan 2015 and filling up form to apply for my ILR now. I have a few queries and would really appreciate if those can be clarified.
- My husband became a British citizen in 2016, so having read the HO documentation, I assume I have to fill in SET(O) form. When filling that form, the document checklist page doesn't let me continue as its asking me to
tick the checkboxes for UK Naric and Previous passports. Has anyone else faced this issue? (I don't want to tick those options as I don't have UK Naric, but I have english test certificate and cant submit previous passport as I have lost it somewhere)
- The application form has a section where it asks 'Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?' and then asks for travel history. Does that mean I only have to provide travel history from 11th Jan 2018 till date?
- As I have lost my previous passport, I thought of including SAR report, but apparently SAR unit cannot find my records. What else can I submit (if anything) as an alternative to my lost passport.
- Lastly, any idea when 1 day appointments will be back on for ILR?
Apologies for any lame questions but wanted to clarify all my doubts. Thanks in advance.

Presumably you are on a Tier 2 Dependent visa? It is unclear from your post what visa category you have held for 5 years.

Did you tick YES in the form to a foreign degree?? If yes, then you must tick NO as the question relates ONLY to the English requirement. HO don't care what your qualifications are for any other purpose. What date is your current passport valid from?? Do you have a police report for the lost passport?

It depends when your current visa was issued. Usually useful to state your full immigration history if you expect any useful advice.

No, we don't know when super priority will be available. They are dealing with a backlog.

Sorry, I am on Tier 1 Dependant Visa.

Yes, I clicked YES for a foreign degree, will change that, thanks.
My current passport is valid from Sep 2018 and my current visa was issued in Dec 2018.
No police report yet, will be done tomorrow.

Current visa was issued in Dec 2018. Confused to see that specific date on the application form.

Not yet, will do tomorrow. I am assuming that should be enough?!

A bit late now to do a police report almost two years after it was lost. Do you have a photocopy of the passport and all your stamped pages?

You only need to list absences you have had since December 2018, when your current visa was issued.

I believe it was lost/misplaced in the last 3-6 months, definitely had it up until then, I only noticed it missing 3 months ago.
Have a copy of the main pages, not for the stamps.

Another update: I visited 3 different police stations trying to get a police report for the lost expired passport and all told them that they stopped doing that since 2014, and advised me to report it to the local embassy, but I doubt Indian embassy will be of much help in that. So may be the only option I am left with is to describe all this in my cover letter, unless someone can suggest anything better?
Another problem is that the application form checklist doesn't let me complete the application if I don't tick the checkbox for 'Previous passports'. Has anyone else faced such a problem?
Current ILR Timeline Query

Hi all
I came to UK in 2014 as a Tier 1 Dependant. My husband got his British citizenship in 2016 and I am eligible for ILR, so filling up SET(O) form and hopefully will be booking an appointment soon.
I was eager to book a premium service appointment but as its not yet available I don't have that option. I have been monitoring the ILR Timelines and based on that, it looks like that the applicants who are applying these days are getting their decisions in approx a month! Can I confirm if thats the case or am I missing some point?
Sorry for being naive but it would help me in making a decision knowing whether I can risk applying for a Standard application and 'hope' for it to not take 6 months or similar. Alternatively, whether waiting for priority appointments would be sensible or not.
Any tips would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks

You should apply under the standard service for now. There is no other option
