Can i eligible for 10 years long residency

I came in uk December 2010 as a student visa.
In July 2012 i got another student visa valid to april 2015.
Than 2nd of February 2015 i claimed asylum. Than i got visa on my asylum interview visa validity was july 2020.
In August 2019 i went to my back country without inform home office. Than my partner applied marriage entry clearance visa after 3 months than i came again in uk January 2020 than i got married in January 2020 than i applied spouse visa and i got visa in February 2020.
My question is i m eligible for 10 years long residency visa or not? Many thanks

You claimed asylum and at some point went back to home country, were you already a British Citizen at this point? If not, you ain't just looking eligibility for ILR LR but the revocation of your rights to be in the UK.

If you claimed asylum by arguing you cannot return home and then travelled back home, your asylum claim was very likely fraudulent and you acquired such visa via deception. This means that portion of your stay was
unlawful and so ILR cannot be granted
