ILR Set LR Biometrics Query

Hi,
I have a question regarding LR application. I am doing my application via a lawyer who has been very slow. I’ve submitted my application finally but he has not uploaded any of the documents. Do you only get the invitation email to book appointment after you upload the documents? Please confirm.

No, invitation email can be at any point just that you need to ensure upload of documents within period of application submission and biometrics. Some get emails for IDV app some don't, criteria for selection not known.

Ok thanks! Still waiting on invitation email. There aren't any appointments available to book. Is everyone else coming across the same issue?
