Hi there,

Please I need advice:
Main applicant is applying for ILR set(LR) - 10yrs long stay due by Sept 28 2020.

Spouse entered UK April 2020 through Tier-2 Dependent visa which is expiring January 2021. We had a baby August 2020. So we need to file the following:

1. ILR set(LR) for main applicant (Sept 2020)
2. Spouse visa for applicant's spouse (before January 2021)
3. Register new baby as a British citizen (anytime after ILR gets granted ???)

So my question is:
Can main applicant file all 3 together, or it has to be done one after the other?

Ilr and spouse visa yes. If ilr fails, the spouse visa will also fail and you will lose the fees paid. You can only apply to register the child as British AFTER either parent has ilr.
