I have my Biometrics appointment for 12 October.
All documents have been uploaded, I would just like confirmation regarding the documents.

I have tried to spread them across 2 years (2nd spousal visa was given July 2018).

I have the following:
6 pieces of correspondence:
August 2020 - joint home insurance
April 2020 - joint bank account statement Barclays
January 2020 - Barclaycard statement - my British spouse
December 2019 - M&S Bank applicant
July 2019 - joint mortgage statement
February 2019 - both of us have electoral roll document
August 2018 - NHS letter applicant
August 2018 - Scottish widows statement my spouse

Documents to prove accommodation
January 2020 - annual mortgage statement joint
March 2020 - annual Council tax bill joint
House brochure from Estate agent from when we purchased it including the floor plan.

I hope this is spread out enough across 2 years and also that it is recent enough. Some say the docs have to start from just after the last visa and should not cover more than 2 years. Others say 2.5 years is required.....

Your sources look fine, however, they need to be spread evenly covering every 3-4 months. Your 2020 documents spread OK, but you may want to reduce the gap between other documents.

You need the last two years covered prior to your application date.

Spouse british passport

Do I have to upload copies of the 2 photos of applicant and 1 photo of spouse??

My appointment with Sopra Sterna is 12 October 2020.
