Who else is waiting for nearly 6 months?

Who else is waiting for more than 5 months?
I think that everyone who is waiting for more that 5 months should write hear to create some awareness with the HO.
My application for ILR Set (M) was very very straightforward and therefore I applied without a solicitor. I submitted all of my previous applications without a solicitor:
1- Visa for entry as fiancee
2- First Leave to Remain
3- Second Leave to Remain
All were successfully completed
Now I applied for my ILR
Date of application: 13 May 2020
Payment: 13 May 2020
Appointment: NOT available because of Covid19.
IDV app initiation: 25 August 2020
Submitted documents and Facial: 25 August 2020
STILL WAITING
1- Are they really processing the applications in date order?
2- Have most dual submissions jumped the queue? If yes, why did they allow this?
3- Why do we not receive any confirmation from the HO that they have received our documents?
4- How can we be sure that all our documents are received by the Home Office?
4- Why is it so difficult to get any update of the where they are with the applications?
5- When the Home Office realised that many people jumped the queue with dual submission why did they not prioritise the applicants who are STILL WAITING?
I feel very disappointed. Am I the only one??????
