qualifying period for 5 years Tier 2 SET(O)

I also want to ask a question about the qualifying period of 5 years under the Tier2 visa to Settlement.
My first working visa (BRP card) issued on 22/12/2015 and valid till 17/01/2019, the second working visa (BRP card) issued on 27/11/2018 to 16/12/2021. I didn't have any absence from the UK except for 21 days' annual leave every year.
My question is 1.Are my 5 years qualifying period is from 22/12/2015 to 22/12/2020?
2.Can I submit the settlement application on 24/11/2020 (no more than 28 days before the qualifying date)?
3.Do I need to add up the annual leave period to the qualifying period? for example, I have a total of 21*5=105 days annual leave for 5 years. Should I submit the application after 22/05/2021?
