Hello all,
I came to the UK in 23 Nov 2010 and since then I am on tier 4 visa. during that time I did my Diploma , Bachlors and Masters.
Around in 2015 due to some enrolment error my visa got curtailed and I received a letter from HO saying I need to go back and apply for new one if i wish to come back to UK and I had 30 days to go back.
I left UK within a week of receiving that letter and stayed outside for around 4 months and came back with fresh tier 4 visa
then in 2018 Jan just before My visa was about to expire I applied for asylum.
My asylum got rejected but then I had right to appeal so I took it in court in July.
My asylum for approved and since then I am living as a refugee and working as an IT Manager in Burnley.
Now that I am close to completing 10 years can I apply for Long residence ILR ? I have no criminal record or any offence and I am about to do Life in the UK test as well.
What are my chances of getting it ? what should I do ? Need your help please
Thank you for reading.
