ILR Spouse SET(M) application . Any documentation required for travel outside UK to prove relationship is subsisting?

I am applying for ILR through the SET(M) route, 5 year - partner of a British National route.

We have spent a few months (total 5-6 months) outside the UK during this time. My spouse and I were together abroad for the vast majority of this time.

Do I need to provide any proof or documentation to prove that the relationship was continuing during this time? Any need to include a letter or itinerary of common travel arrangements?

As part of the ILR application one has to upload the passport to the ukvcas site. Is it sufficient to upload just the main picture page of the passport or does one have to scan and upload all the pages of the passport?
