Language test is not listed on the ILR application form

Hi! I am wondering if anyone else came across this problem.
back in May 2020 gov.uk has approved Person test centers for English B1 Home test, required for ILR.
I was very happy to discover that one of their centers is near by and used them. Happy.
Now I sat down and started my ILR application form just to find that they offer me to choose between Trinity College and IELTS SELT only. I can type my SELT number, but form is not going to go ahead without me choosing one of this providers, which not what I have used.
What shall I do?
Thanks.

Redo the exam in an approved centre
Sorry for being the bearer of the bad news. It happened to me too. The centre was approved when I passed but it lost its accreditation before I used the English test passed there. It means that the effort and the money are lost.

Assuming you mean Pearson, and if so then it is still an approved selt provider:
Approved test providers and approved tests
You can only take an SELT with one of the following providers:
IELTS SELT Consortium (UK or overseas)
LanguageCert (UK or overseas)
Trinity College London (UK only)
Pearson (UK and overseas)
PSI Services (UK) Ltd (overseas only)

I just checked my draft form and it's a free text box so you can just type Pearson. I hope you selected "online reference number" for "how did you get your results?" question rather than certificate for previous question on the form.

I wish I had an option for free text. I can't see it.
I do have reference number to provide, but I must click on one of two suggested providers.
Are there any others new forms available?
Gov website clearly states that last update of this form was on 1st Nov 2018. I am using gov.uk website, so I rely on what is it providing.
Thanks.

Yes,I do mean Pearson test center. I did check it today again and they're clearly still on the list, as you posted.
But not on the immigration form.
Thanks

May I ask you when did you apply for IRL?
I can't see any free box to type anything, literally only choice of IELTS and Trinity.
I was trying to insert PrintScreen image of what I see, but can't figure out how to do it....

I'm yet to submit my application. I'm planning to do it early next month.
Here's the screenshot from my application. I'll be applying via Tier 2 to ILR Set (O) route.

I am completing SET(M) form and it does not look anything like yours. You would think they would be the same.
I called to a Home office and talk to an advisor. Basically, they said: "choose a different provider, provide your Ref number and then explain it in your cover letter..."
Silly question, but how do you attach screen shot images? It seems that I cannot link it to a picture on my computer, ahs to be online link.

Trying to establish if you are completing the correct form!! The English question is the same in all ilr application forms.

I had a spousal visa for 5 years, I am sure I need to complete SET(M) form. Opening it directly from gov.uk site.

Yes SET(M). English language test at level B1. Did you say you got advise from UKVI already ?

Yes, Home B1 test from Pearson - approved test to met language knowledge criteria for ILR. Set (M). But it looks different to Set(O) based on people have posted here. Why would it be, who knows?
I called to UK Visas and Immigration: Public Enquiry Office.
Not sure who can advice or actually fix an obvious mistake in their application. I did get in touch with my local MP, let's see. Taking into account that we are talking about Government IT, I don't have any hope it will be fixed quick. I just can't that no one else came across this before.

Actually I run a dummy application and you are right. SET(M) strangely only gives two options as awarded body!! I think you should write a cover letter, mention the correct guidance from the gov website. You should be okay.

Thanks, CULLINAN.
I am happy that it is not only me.
I feel frustrated and let down, but my husband is not surprised.

As long your test is from the correct SELT provider and the test centre is on the approved list also, just mention in the cover letter. Copy paste the official guidance from gov website. You will be okay.
https://www.gov.uk/english-language
To bypass the question on the online form, select trinity and provide your correct selt reference. Clarify in the cover letter.
Add a note in the online form additional notes at the end of the form also, if SET(M) has that option.

Covering letter will definitely be efficacious where you can even direct them towards this list.

Next question about it. I have now submitted my application form, but there is no space to add additional info. How can I submit my cover letter, if it is not in the list of documents. Will I be able just to upload an additional document? If I ever get to that silly appointment center....

Just write/type a covering letter on msword file and then upload it along with other documents
