Hi Everyone,

Thank you for this cool Forum :D .

I have applied for the ILR (Tier2, Set (O)) after being 5 years in UK.

In the checklist, it asks for `` All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK''

I have uploaded all my current/expired passports and the current BRP. based on the highlighted text, do I need to upload the expired BRP? I dont have them (as they were destroyed after each tier 2 extention), but I do have a copy of them.

I'm afraid If you put them; the case worker concllude that I have not returned them. Otherwise, if I dont put them they might refuse the application for lack of mandatory, documents.

Would you please advise me?

Why have you registered a second username to continue asking questions??? This is strictly not permitted on the forum.

No. National ID card is your home country’s ID card (if you have one) NOT BRP.
