ILR (SET M) NO PAYSLIPS

Hello everyone,

My husband is gathering his paperwork for his ILR application that we hope to submit within the next few weeks. He started a new job two months ago however his employer has not issued him with any payslips as of yet.
There is however a valid reason for this. My husband works in the construction industry under the CIS scheme. His employer is a new company and they have registered for something which i believe is called called CIS STATUS. The company is not yet paying tax as they have not received some sort of confirmation from HMRC? Its a LTD company that was started approx 2 months ago. My husband receives his salary into his bank account through the company and we will be submitting his bank statements to show this.
The employer has said that they can give my husband a letter to clarify.
Will this be enough as I know payslips are a must for the application?
My husband has over 12 months worth of payslips with his previous employer which we will be submitting. In addition, he meets the minimum income threshold currently and also did with his old employment.
I would highly appreciate if someone could help out with this.
Thank you.

Without the payslips, the criteria won't be met but in its substitution if you are working then can combine your income with his past income.

Thank you for the reply.
I am not employed therefore cannot use this route.
We are missing payslips for nearly three months that my husband has been employed with the new company. Is there absolutely any way to remedy this? Highly worried now.

Probably the cash savings would be quick fix.

Thank you but we don't have sufficient cash savings either. Surely there must be some guidance on this (I cannot find). Can anyone please help?
