Hi Gurus,
I have completed filling my SET(LR) form however they are asking for a very minimal documents related to all my previous passports,BRP and my family documents (marriage certificates and birth certificate of children) along with English Language Certificates.
I have got a letter from my company stating confirming that i work there and travel history. I even have a cover letter written just in case.
Is it fine to attach these additional documents or just the requested documents ?.
Also what document should i attach to prove that my family stays with me as we dont have a joint bank account. They have not asked for it specifically but not sure if these are required.
Kind Regards,
Shiney

The ILR LR route deals with the applicant being qualified in the own rights with no consideration for other thing, family members will qualify in their own rights if not BC already.
Minimum docs are asked for, the English language test is at Level B1, get LIUK among other things you stated up there.

Other than the passport, BRP, B1 English test & LIUK nothing else is needed.

Thanks for your responses, i was also under the impression that they just needed only related information regarding myself. however this my checklist
1. Evidence you have to prove the relationship with Mrs (for example marriage certificates), and
correspondence addressed either to you jointly,or in both of your names, or addressed individually to you at the same address, to cover the last two years.
2. Proof of my relationship status as the married or civil partner of Mrs
3. Evidence you have to prove the relationship with your child / children (for example full birth
certificates)
4. Document(s) showing your child / children's immigration status such as passports, biometric residence cards, or vignettes
5. Document(s) showing Mrs immigration status such as a passport, biometric residence card, or vignette
6. The language test certificate for to prove the level of English language required
7. The passport issued
8. Current Biometric Residence Permit
9. All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK
For Point 1 will marriage certificate along with my wifes provisional licence suffice ?
Kind Regards,
Shiney

They have not asked it here, just the LIUK reference number as a part of the application.
Also i dont even have any document apart from that reference which will prove that i passed LIUK test

Thanks everyone for all your inputs it is very helpful.
On Sopra Steria UKVCAS website i cannot see any categories under Mandatory Document section for me to upload the documents, should i be uploading all the documents under categories for Optional Document section ?
Has anyone faced this issue?. Should i just upload all the document under other and carry on with the application. Any pointers.

The mandatory is only your passport. All rest documents are uploaded in optional categories. This is how the website is designed.

Hi
I completed the biometrics today, however they did not take my passport or the BRP.
Dont i have to submit my physical passport or the BRP for the application?
Have i missed something.
If the passport are no longer needed then can i travel during the time my application is getting processed?.
Kind regards,
Shiney

No.

No you can't. If you leave the UK while your ilr application is pending, it will be considered withdrawn and you lose your fee.
