ILR Previous English Test

hi all,
applying for my ilr and realised that my English test has expired.
It's a trinity college B1 test and upon checking the guidance i can see that tests that are over 2 years old may still be used if they are on the SELT LIST. But when i was completing the online application it mentioned that an expired test may only be used if -
1. Its on the updates SELT list
2. It was used as part of a previous and successful ILR application

this is my first ILR application, i previously used the test for an extension on my FLR.

do i need to take a new test or will this test be sufficient, could anyone clarify it for me please.

Thanks

That aspect of 'previous and successful ILR application' can not be right.
Its any previous successful application and being on the current list of HO, if yes, your B1 is usable.

ILR SUBMISSION & STATEMENTS DATE CONFUSION

Hi all, I'm going to be submitting my ILR online application tomorrow but im confused about the 28 days rule.
My latest letter from my employer stating my salary and other info is dated 05/011/20 so does that mean I have to submit my paperwork within 28 days from 5/11/20 or will it be 28 days from tomorrow when I submit my application?
if my evidence has to be dated 28 days prior of submitting my paperwork that means I only have till the 3rd Dec?
can anyone clarify this for me please, thanks ever so much.

The date of application is the date you pay and submit online. All your documents should be with reference to this date and not older than 28 days. Biometrics date is irrelevant.

And obviously you have to be eligible on the date you apply.
