Hi Forum members,

I am going to apply for SET (M) ILR application via super priority service within days time.

Please advise for the query below, so that I can prepare for my application:

1) Do I need to provide the original employer letter? (Because due to Covid situation I cannot get one from my employer & only have the digital copy which I need to take printout. )

2) All my utility bill are paperless & not having the original paper bill.
So, can I just download the bills online & submit the same along with my ILR application.
Will those bill be consider as original ?

3) I have been living with my spouse at current home address for last 18 months.
Do I need to provide the cohabitation proof for the previous/old address? or only current address proof will be sufficient?
(I raised this query because while filling the online application it written in document section to provide the evidence of cohabitation for last 2.5 year.)

Your advise on this will be highly appreciated.

Regards,
EngA

SP is suspended. You have to apply via standard route.

All online soft copies are fine. Just upload as it is.

Last 2 years cohabitation proof.

HI Cullinan,
Thanks for the reply.

Well not happy to hear that SP has been suspended but this situation is not in our control.

As I understand that Soft copies are fine so I will upload them and not to worry to call utilities companies for the originals. But Do I need to give these submitted copies original at any point of time in this process?

Now the hard situation is that you said cohabitation proof for 2 year (24 months) in that case Do I need to arrange the address proof for my previous accommodation (Because me & my spouse living at this address from last 18 month) Can these be of any date between those time frame or only last 28 days are valid.?

Regards

How can a 2 years old bill be within 28 days date? You are expected to provide cohabitation documents for the last 2 years. You also need to provide from your previous address in your case to cover the full period. You are expected to provide documents on quarterly basis

The encompassing rule over 28 days is generally for financial documents instead cohabitation evidences which need to be spaced evenly with 3-4 months of span.
