Hi ,
I am Bavan. I planning to apply ILR through long Residency. I entered UK in October 2009 as a Student. I have successfully completed 10 years now in UK, however I went to Sri Lanka in 2013 and renew my visa, before the Visa expired and re-entered UK.
From October 2009- September 2013 – Valid Visa
In July 2013 I went to Sri Lanka and renew the visa
From July 2013 – till now I have valid Visa with various category
I also got refused visa in 2014, when I applied from UK. I appealed in the court and got the visa in 2015.
I never be out-site the country more than 180 days in a year and also never be out site the country 540 of last 10 years
I believe I am fulfilling all the visa rules, only I have doubt whether I went and renew the visa in Sri Lanka will affect my Long Residency and court appeal also will affect?
Am I eligible for ILR under long residency criteria?
