Hello,
I am going to apply for ILR (tier 2 5 year rout).
I passed my English language test ( Trinity college) for initial tier 2 application 5 years ago.
Do I need to take a new test for ILR?

The link states the following :
"Applying to settle in the UK
You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if both of the following are true:
1. it’s on the current list of recognised tests
2. it was accepted for another UK immigration application, for example when you got permission to enter
My test provider and test itself are still approved
, but a test centre where I took the test was closed and a new one was opened at a new location last year.
I reckon the facts that test provider and test are approved should be enough to comply with the 1st requirement, shouldn't it?

Hello,
I have just noticed that the "Immigration rules part 5 paragraph 134SD - Specified documents" (defining requirements for Payslips, banks statement, employer letter and etc.), had been deleted from the current rules.
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... -in-the-uk
Does anyone know if those requirement are scraped or have been moved somewhere else?
Thank you

Found some answers in "Skilled Worker caseworker guidance".
1. Tier 2 (skilled worker) applicants don't need to prove English language knowledge.
2. Payslip and bank statement are not required any more as a Caseworker will perform applicant’s PAYE records check for the past 12 months.
(Until automated PAYE checks are available, applicants should provide a payslip and
either a bank/building society statement or building society pass book, covering their
most recent month’s pay, with their application)
3. Employer letter is till required.
4. Letter of absences. (not clear if it is still required)
