Job creation -- new company

Hello,
I was granted Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa in Feb, 2016. I joined an existing business in Apr, 2016. I created a new business in Nov, 2016 (after 9 months of granting my visa).
My extension was granted in Mar, 2019 based on jobs created in the existing business. Money was invested in existing business and in new business.
I am planning to apply for ILR. I have created 2 jobs in new business (which was created in Nov, 2016, 9 months after the grant of visa). Will this cause any problems for my ILR application?

Only the employment period AFTER the grant of extension counts for the job scoring but when the job was first created is not relevant as it was in the new company

Thanks for your response, just to clarify, yes jobs are created in the new company, after my extension was granted.
My question is this --- For ILR, do I need to show job creation / job maintenance in the business that I joined within 6 months of granting of entrepreneur visa in 2016? Or can I show job creation / job maintenance in the business that I created after 9 months of granting of entrepreneur visa in 2016?

You can show job creation in any company that you are a Director of - even if it was created one year before your ILR application
