ILR Set (M) query

Hi,
I'm coming up to 5 years on a spouse visa (Husband is a British Citizen).
I applied for spouse visa March 2016, was granted visa and had to enter within one month to collect my BRP.
BRP issue Date : 14-03-2016.
Arrival Date to UK : 28-03-2016
I stayed until 3rd April and went back home to resign from work and complete my notice period before I could come back to UK to settle down.
On 9th July 2016 I entered UK again and  applied for visa extension FLR(M) in Dec 2018.
My question is when my residence permit expires on 13 June 2021, am I eligible to apply for ILR?
I ask because in my previous extension application form, my answer to " when did you first enter UK, I mistakenly put 9th July and not 28th March". Would this make any difference to the 5 years eligibility for ILR or can I use 28-03-2016 as my date of first arrival for qualifying residence period?

Many thanks for the help.

You qualify when you complete 60 months minus 28 days from the first date of entry in UK i.e. 28/3/2021 minus 28 days. Always better to book biometrics appointment when you complete the 5 years though (to be on the safe side). These days biometrics appointment are running on a 28 day lag anyways. But you can apply as soon you qualify as stated above.
