Where are the official settlement rules for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent folks who entered before "Global Talent" existed?

For persons who were admitted to the UK under Tier 1 Exceptional Talent back when it was called that (i.e., they entered the UK before Feb 2020) and who wish to apply for ILR, details of settlement requirements used to be available in the Immigration Rules Appendix A. The contents of this section of the appendix have since been
deleted. Do the rules at
"Settlement by a person on the Global Talent route" therefore now cover people who have their current leave under Tier 1 Exceptional Talent? Or do they only cover people who obtained their leave after the route was replaced with "Global Talent" (and if so, then where are the current settlement rules for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent folks who obtained their leave prior to Feb 2020?)

new rules apply to anyone applying after 9am 1 dec 2020.
