Hi, All

I am trying to fill the ILR for my wife and have the following doubts, if anyone can please help:

1. Which set would my Wife apply for SET (O) or SET(M). When I trying to fill the application, the form is appearing as SET(O). My current situation is, I got my ILR start January 2021 and now applying for my Wife as she has completed her 5 years in UK (We both are from India)

2. Does my wife need to provide the details of time outside UK? (We came to UK in year Nov 2015) [She was in India from 27 July 2017 to 02 Feb 2018 (197 days (130 Days during Period 28 Nov2016 -28 Nov2017 + 67 Days during the period 28 Nov2017 -28 Nov2018. As this was before the 2018 rule change). While filling out the form there was no mention of the time outside UK, does this sound correct?

3. Do I need to attach any company letter of Job? As she is working in UK since 2015

Any help will be appreciated.

1. SET (M)

2. Yes, for any visits/stays that are longer than 2 weeks. Instructions are included in the online form.

3. You need to meet the income/salary requirements, which include an employer letter. Either she can provide her employment details or you can or you both can. Include kids, if applying at the same time and are not British.

How did you get your ILR? What is your wife’s current visa? Looks like she is a PBS dependent?
If she is a PBS dependent and you got your ILR via the PBS route, she will apply ILR on SET(O).
Also, she only has absence limits for any leave that was granted after 11th Jan 2018.
She does not have any income requirements.

I got ILR Based on tier -2 and my wife is PBS dependent. I will add her dates vacation after 2018. I tried to fill the form online and for both my wife and child the form is appearing as Set (O) only, let me check that though.

It is SET(O) then not SET(M).

When was her last leave granted? Date? She only has to list absences IF ANY on leave that was granted after 11th Jan 2018.

Please pardon me, To be honest I am not sure I understood the question, when asked leave granted. I am assuming if she had any time outside of the UK (I am not 100% certain if leave granted means outside UK)

This is her Holidays after 11 jan 2018

Please do not take it personally and treat me like a jerk, I am not sure what is means when we say "Leave granted". is it the last day my wife took leave?

OK, Got it. Will do the same. The application form ask to enter leave after 11 Jan 2018. But I guess I got concerned on why they ask after 2018 whereas in my case they asked from day I entered UK. I guess that might be because she is a PBS dependent and I was a main applicant.
